What if the owner of the home is deceased?

How long till I have to move out after I sell to you?

Typically, it’s about 30 days.  However, if you need more time, we can work something out which would allow you to stay in the home for as long as you need to move into your new home.

What if I cannot find my title?

No problem.  We can lookup the title in the MHODS database and transfer ownership without the hardcopy.

What if I owe money on the home?

We’ll pay off all loans, liens, and taxes on the mobile home before we transfer ownership.  You won’t have to come out of pocket any money when you sell to us.

What if I’m behind in space rent or taxes?

No problem.  We will pay all back taxes and lot rent as part of our cash offer.  You won’t have to come out of pocket for any of these expenses and we’ll handle payment to the park and the tax man.
