I will be forever grateful to Nick for navigating the sale of my deceased brother's mobile home.  I didn't have a clue about how to remove, demolish, or sell an older mobile home and every month the space rent was accumulating. He even lent a hand in removing personal property from the unit on a day when my family was there to clear out his belongings.  Amazing!  All of my family members were very impressed with him.
