I will be forever grateful to Nick for navigating the sale of my deceased brother's mobile home.  I didn't have a clue about how to remove, demolish, or sell an older mobile home and every month the space rent was accumulating.  I was fortunate enough to stumble across a sign about buying mobile homes with Nick's number on it.  I called him that afternoon and within two days he had made an offer and we were on our way.  This was not an easy journey and there were several issues that needed to be resolved along the way.  Nick took the lead on negotiations with the mobile home park and their attorney, as well as curing buyer deficiencies.  I'm pretty sure that there are not many others that would go to such lengths to make sure the sale happened.  He was professional, courteous, and diligent and kept me up to date on his progress throughout.  In the end he was able to secure a purchase price beyond my expectations that will greatly benefit my brother's estate.  Thank you Nick! He even lent a hand in removing personal property from the unit on a day when my family was there to clear out his belongings.  Amazing!  All of my family members were very impressed with him.
